1. Install

Download the Mouinpress plugin for Wordpress

• Download our plugin from here: mouinpress-plugin-v1.4.zip, and uncompress it in a temporary folder on your computer.

Upload it to your site

• Using your favorite FTP client (Filezilla is a good option, and it is free of charge), upload the uncompressed 'Mouin' folder to the folder wp-content/plugins inside your Wordpress site.

2. Customize

Visit your Wordpress site's administration panel

• First thing, go to your Wordpress site's control panel (append "/wp-admin" to your site's address to get to it).
• Enter your username and password and click "Log in" to identify yourself as an administrator.

Enable the plugin

• Click "Plugins" on the left-hand side navigation bar, and you will see the list of plugins you have installed, including the just installed Mouinpress plugin.
• In the plugin list, click on the button that says "Activate", and the plugin will now be enabled for use.

Customize the app's appearance using the plugin's settings area

• Click "Settings" on the left-hand side navigation bar, and it will unfold the different configurable areas for your site.
• One of the new configurable areas is your new Mouinpress plugin. Click on it, and it will show the configuration options.
• Modify the text, colors, and sections. No worries, because these options can be modified again later.
• Certain customization fields are necessary to generate the paid app for subimission, you can leave them empty while testing as they won't affect the result, and enter later when you area bout to order the app.
• Remember to click "Save changes" when you are done!

3. Test it for free

Download free preview app

• Download and install the free Mouinpress Preview app for the platforms you want to try out:
• Android: Mouinpress from the Android Market
• iPhone: Mouinpress from the App Store
• BlackBerry: From our download page
• Java: From our download page

Run preview app and see how your app looks

• Open the Mouinpress Preview app
• In the form you will see after starting the app, enter the URL of your Wordpress site (for example "mouin.com/blog")
• Click "Preview" to see a preview of how your app looks!

4. Order the app

First, make sure the settings needed for app generation have been configured (see section "2. Customization" above to learn where they are located)

• Head to our order section where you can verify that the plugin is properly configured, choose which platforms you are interested in, and proceed to the one-time fee payment.

Your app will be on the way to the app stores!

• We will build and submit your app to each platform's app stores within two business days, typically much faster. We will get in touch with you if there is any issue.
• Due to the different approval policies on each platform, the time for the apps to be actually available is variable, usually maximum one week.
• We will get back to you if the app is not approved, and depending on the reason, offer you whether to resubmit it or refund your payment.
• For the Java/J2ME version, we will host the download in our own servers and give you a URL from which your users can download it.
